Returns & Exchanges
Prior to shipping your return or exchange, please email info@dovesofdawn.com with your order number and which items you will be sending.
RETURNS POLICY
All returns must be received back with us within 30 days from the date you completed the purchase.
Unfortunately, our returns are not free at the moment, so the return shipping fee will need to paid by you.
We will process your refund as soon as the items are received.
EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
